When uploading your photos, please keep the following in mind:

1. Please make sure there are no more than four people in the photo (more than this will decrease the AI's ability to recognize them)

2. Make sure your face is not covered

3. If the photo you send us has obvious creases, scratches, is excessively blurry, or is partially damaged, we recommend that you replace it with a different photo. If you still wish to have the photo produced, there will be an additional charge of 990 yen per photo for repairing the damaged photo.

4. Please upload the number of photos selected above. If you exceed the number selected, we will randomly select one of the photos you uploaded to create the product.

5. If you choose "Combine 2 Photos" , please upload 2 photos. If you choose "Photo Recovery MEGA" , please upload 1 to 3 photos.
