If you have not received the email after 3 days, please try the following steps:

1. Please check your spam folder as the email notification may have been sent to your spam folder.

2. Check the status by order number You can enter your order number and email address on the "Order Confirmation" page to check the progress. You can also download the completed videos directly.

3. If the above does not solve your problem, please contact our support center (angelsphoto99@gmail.com). Please let us know your order number and we will respond as soon as possible.

AI has randomness to it, and it may be difficult to generate the actions and scenes exactly you want with current technology. However, we will do our best to create a video that is as close to your request as possible.

No worries. We will not make your video public without your permission. There is a "SNS posting permission" option on the order page, but unless you check this, your video will never be used on our Social media.

Regarding payment methods, since we have just started the service, we currently only accept credit cards by Stripe.

Convenience store payment and PayPal are currently in preparation.

"Photo Restoration Combines Two Photos" combines people from two photos to create a single video.
