2. Please make sure that the email address you entered when placing your order is correct. If it is incorrect, you may not receive a confirmation email.
3. Contact Support If you have checked the above and still have not received an email, please contact our support center (angelsphoto99@gmail.com). If you provide us with your order number or payment information, we will investigate the situation and assist you.

It's been three days, but I still haven't received an email notifying me that my work is complete. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

If you have not received the email after 3 days, please try the following steps:

1. Please check your spam folder as the email notification may have been sent to your spam folder.
2. Check the status by order number You can enter your order number and email address on the "Order Confirmation" page to check the progress. You can also download the completed videos directly.
3. If the above does not solve your problem, please contact our support center (angelsphoto99@gmail.com). Please let us know your order number and we will respond as soon as possible.

Can I make a specific action happen in the video?

Accepted Answer

AI has randomness to it, and it may be difficult to generate the actions and scenes exactly you want with current technology. However, we will do our best to create a video that is as close to your request as possible.

Question 4

I saw a customer's video posted on your social media, but I don't want my video to be public. Will it definitely be made public?

Accepted Answer

No worries. We will not make your video public without your permission. There is a "SNS posting permission" option on the order page, but unless you check this, your video will never be used on our Social media.

Question 5

I'm considering requesting a "Photo Restoration" service, but could you tell me how to pay?

Accepted Answer

Regarding payment methods, since we have just started the service, we currently only accept credit cards by Stripe.
Convenience store payment and PayPal are currently in preparation.

On the order page, what is the difference between "Photo Recovery x2" and "Photo Recovery 2-Pack Combination"?

Accepted Answer

"Photo Restoration x 2" involves creating two independent videos using each photo.
"Photo Restoration Combines Two Photos" combines people from two photos to create a single video.
