AI has randomness to it, and it may be difficult to generate the actions and scenes exactly you want with current technology. However, we will do our best to create a video that is as close to your request as possible.

No worries. We will not make your video public without your permission. There is a "SNS posting permission" option on the order page, but unless you check this, your video will never be used on our Social media.

Regarding payment methods, since we have just started the service, we currently only accept credit cards by Stripe. Convenience store payment and PayPal are currently in preparation.
